About this service
The John Howard Society of London and District offers a weekly support group for women who have a loved one involved in the criminal justice system. The group offers women an opportunity to receive support through emotional crisis, evaluate their relationships and receive relevant information about the criminal justice system. The women share common experiences and emotions in a confidential and non-judgmental setting and develop new coping skills. Through involvement with the group, women build friendships with other women and feel less socially isolated.
