About this service
Investing in Children ran two sessions of the Free Youth Songwriting Program for secondary school musicians.
This FREE program ran weekly at Family Centre Fox Hollow. The students made amazing progress and created two songs one entitled Alone In My Head (featured on CBC and played during the JUNOs) and My London, an anthem dedicated to celebrating our great city! Investing In Children announced the piloting of a new program, the Free Youth Song Writing Program. The musicians met for about 1.5 hours, over approximately 8 weeks, at Londons Fox Hollow Family Centre. The participants range n age and have a significant level of musical knowledge. Some played keyboards, guitar, and most sang.
