About this service
or more than a decade, the Kids Power Conference has brought together 100 students in grades 6 and 7 from the Thames Valley District School Board and the London District Catholic School Board. These students have been identified by their teachers and schools as a potential leader or an individual who would benefit from an opportunity to acquire leadership skills. Through a series of workshops held at the Central Library, the students develop their leadership skills and are inspired to bring back positive initiatives to their own schools and communities.
