About this service
This welcoming 8 bedroom London home supports people transitioning between hospital and home, as well as those who are at risk of hospitalization. Our on-site staff team offers an intensive psychosocial rehabilitation program that will help you increase your life skills in order to live well in the community.
Registered Nurses are on site to help you with medication. Everyone has a private bedroom and shares common areas with the other occupants. Residents are responsible for the cost of rent and groceries. Length of stay is short term and based on individual need. The maximum stay is no more than one year.
