About this service
Our Meals on Wheels program delivers a variety of hot & healthy meals to your home. All meals are made in our new, state of the art kitchen, and delivered to your door by our friendly delivery volunteers. When you register to have meals delivered to you, our coordinator will note all dietary restrictions and texture modifications to ensure that your meal is enjoyable.
Each meal is served with soup, buttered whole wheat bread, a protein, a starch, two vegetables and a dessert. We also have frozen meals available for days that we do not deliver. We deliver to Lakeshore and Tecumseh areas five days per week (Monday thru Fri-day) and the Essex area three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) both with the exception of holidays. You are welcome to receive meals every delivery day or simply on the days that we are serving your favourite food!
