About this service
Traverse Independence provides supportive housing and personal support services for adults with physical disabilities. In the Supportive Housing program, you live in your own apartment and are responsible for your own rent and living expenses. You have access to support services 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, which are scheduled on a daily basis with additional on-call services as required. Support services may include Attendant Service Workers, Community Facilitators (CF) and Behavioural Facilitators. CFs can support you in many areas, including money management, personal care, and interpersonal relationships.
