EARLY PREGNANCY
A free one-on-one session that focuses on healthy nutrition and habits during pregnancy, what to expect, and what to avoid. Pregnancy resources given to each client. Contact us to book your session.
PRENATAL
Five free classes that cover the topics of labour, delivery and your newborn. Sessions run in the afternoon from 1 3 pm. Our next session will begin in early November. Register with us for this class.
