About this service
in in rejoicing that the City has deemed Snack Attack an essential program and therefore it will not be shut down for the duration of Covid 19. Church, this is good news! This is justice rolling down in the form of food security for the vulnerable. We are thankful for our City leaders who are listening to the needs of their citizens. The Gathering will continue to partner with the City and the House of Friendship in offering healthy afterschool snacks for approximately 150 children on a weekly basis. Snack Attack happens on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 4:00 We will provide snack packs to children as they return from school. This program is run outside and follows the safety protocols for Covid.
