About this service
Grief and Loss is very much an individual experience. Suddenly One is a grief support group that meets the last Friday morning of each month to share in the common experience of loss in ones life. A check in to see how everyone is doing usually leads into a discussion of coping strategies and conversation from a participants own story. Each month a theme is often discussed, such as holidays or special family celebrations, and those experiences of compounding grief which can trigger the roller coaster of emotions. All are welcome regardless of the length of time since the loss occurred.
