About this service
Our senior day program offers older adults with health and mobility limitations a place to enjoy fun activities and get more support. You need a referral to join the senior day program. Each day, participants enjoy: social activities activities like art, cards, and games gentle chair exercises a nutritious hot meal We sometimes offer virtual musical entertainment, speakers and discussion groups. In some cases, our program offers caregivers respite support, while giving seniors a pathway to other community services and programs.
