About this service
Muslim Social Services Waterloo region and the Canadian Women Foundation are hosting a new group program called Progressive Women. The program focuses mainly on building resilience through sharing stories of resilience, managing stress, and overcoming barriers to develop a sense of belonging and achieving career goals. We work together with guest speakers and facilitators to develop this resilience. The program will span 10 in person sessions, including orientation and celebration. An intake session will also be done to assess the suitability of the programs with the participation goals of the participants.
