About this service
Music plays a vital role in worship and community life of St Johns, a parish with a rich musical heritage. Congregational singing is led by our choir, which also offers its own gifts in singing anthems and motets. Music is supported by two pipe organs of contrasting styles, a grand piano, and other instrumentalists in the parish. St Johns is also a desired venue for other musical ensembles, including Spiritus Ensemble and the Grand Philharmonic Chamber Choir.
