Grand River Chapter of the MS Society offers free monthly workshops that are anything from fun and creative to educational or inspirational! We work with local professionals, arranging for them to share their time and skills with those living with, or touched by MS in our community.
Topics range from holistic nutrition, stress management, physical activity and meditation to accessibility services, arts and crafts, medication and current research.
All people living with MS, along with caregivers, family and friends are welcome to attend.
