About this service
The Employment Services Program provides the education, counselling, practical life skills and on-the-job training necessary to be resilient in the workplace. Many people have not had the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills needed to overcome the challenges life presents.
Who can use it?
To apply you must meet the following requirements: between the ages of 20-29 permanent resident of canada able to commit to the 26-week program (6 months) trainees may not be enrolled or currently attending any secondary or post-secondary educational programs during the 6-month contract must be fluent in written and verbal english skills (clb 6+) able to sit and stand for long periods of time depending on the work environment able to lift up to 40 pounds a general understanding of canadian currency trainees must want to be here open to personal and professional growth and change
