About this service
Special Services At Home Coordinators work with families of children with a Developmental Disability, and with families of children with a Physical Disability. Family Support Options has an ongoing commitment to provide the level of support required by families to negotiate the system successfully. Coordinators will assist families to utilize funding via both options available to them, Independent Model and Employee Model.
