About this service
Kindergarten Extended Day Care | 4 to 5 years
In partnership with the local school boards the YMCA provides before and after school kindergarten programs. The extended day program is aligned with the core school day in order to provide a consistent and seamless experience for children. YMCA Staff create an environment that support and foster success at school, so children have opportunities to grow in all developmental areas.
School Age Youth Development | 6 to 12 years
Our school age participants are involved in a variety of different activities that match the group's interests, provide choice and opportunities to plan and problem solve. With a focus on physical activity, exposure to the arts, service learning, and global issues participants will build self-confidence and respect for themselves and those around them.
Subsidies available. YMCA Child Care serves a morning and afternoon snack each day.
