Adult Quick Response sessions are available on Tuesdays between 12-6pm. Sessions are available in person or by phone/video. For in-person sessions, come to Carizon at 400 Queen St S in Kitchener between 12-6pm to get connected with a Quick Response session. For phone/video sessions, please call 519-743-6333 ext 1 to book. Our Quick Response sessions operate on a sliding scale basis to ensure that no one is turned away from the support they need.
