About this service
This is going to be a Small Group study on the Book of Philemon. Last term I did a Small Group study on the Book of Jude. The Book of Jude only has 25 verses and so does the Book of Philemon. It's a short little book but it shows the compassion of God towards His people. God instructed the Apostle Paul to tell Philemon to receive Onesimus back as servant of God because Onesimus was a convert from Paul while Paul was in jail with him. Paul reminded Philemon to show compassion and receive Onesimus back as he would a brother in the Lord. In the same way we can receive our brothers and sisters in Christ with compassion.
