About this organization
Block Line Medical Clinic is a busy place with 5 Family Physicians. Established in 1982, we started out with two Doctors at Forest Glen Plaza on Strasburg Road in Kitchener. Over the years we outgrew our space, hence last year's move to our Block Line Road.
We are the medical home for over 9000 patients. We aim to provide quality, patient orientated health care from birth through all stages of life. We help navigate the wider healthcare system with referrals for investigations, consultations and treatments.
We are not a walk in clinic. Patients are seen by appointment only, and we will always try to accommodate urgent problems the same day. After hours coverage for all our rostered patients on evenings and weekends.
