About this service
Crisis Intervention Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outside of office hours Police, Fire & Rescue and Paramedic Services may contact Victim Services on behalf of the victim via an emergency line. Staff and/or volunteers are dispatched to provide emotional support, practical assistance and referrals on scene or remotely. We provide tailored crisis assistance services based on what each person needs in that moment in time to help them get through their experience or until other supports are activated.
