About this service
From Monday to Thursday, 11:00am to 7:00pm and Friday afternoons please call us at 613.546.8535 and speak with a Program Assistant. They will arrange to have one of our Mental Health Therapists call you back to offer counselling services over the phone or video. This could be a trying time causing stress and anxiety for you and/or your child. We would be happy to work with you on strategies to decrease the anxiety while talking through how to speak with your children about COVID-19. You may of course continue to access this service for mental health concerns unrelated to COVID-19.
