About this service
The AFS program is still providing emergency food hampers, feminine Hygiene products, diapers and wipes. They are also providing craft/activity supply bags and school worksheets for family activities at home during social distancing.
The program also provides phone call meetings and check-up messages to maintain contact with clients. They are also providing referrals to other organizations in the community.
Starting in May, the workers will have a monthly calendar of events and programming that will take place, either as drop off material activity or virtual programming. Look for the calendar for more details.
AFSP staff are adapting the Aboriginal Family Support Program to best suit their program participants needs during this time, so calendar and services are subject to change.
