About this service
For abused women seeking safety planning, assistance in leaving an abusive situation, and emergency shelter services.
We provide safe and secure shelter to abused women and their children.The Hoshizaki House Dryden District Crisis Shelter serves communities in and around Dryden, Ignace, and Vermillion Bay. We are a 10 bed facility which provides safe and secure emergency shelter for abused women and their children. Any woman who is a victim of violence/abuse can access our services and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our services are safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential.
