About this service

Our Community Support Services empower independent, active living for seniors and adults with special needs to lead more healthy, socially engaged lives - and give caregivers much needed respite and support. This is accomplished through a wide range of programs that provide meals, personal care, caregiver support, accessible transportation and home making as well as activities such as adult day programs and community dining events that help people stay connected to their community.
