About this service
This unique program provides a safe, neutral, child-focused environment where court orders or agreements between children and their non-custodial parents of other family member can be facilitated through supervision by trained YWCA Hamilton staff. Factual observation notes are documented in each visit and reported back to the Family Court system.
The Family Access Centre provides a critical service to ensure the safety of children and their families. This program creates a safe space where visitations and exchanges can occur free of conflict, violence or pressure on children.
