About this service
The YWCA Hamilton Child Care team strongly believes learning through play and exploration exemplifies meaningful learning during the early years of a childs life. When play is child-initiated, children are intrinsically motivated and are therefore more involved with their learning and development. Our educators continuously support these play experiences to foster the childrens love of learning and discovery.
Our Here We Come Kindergarten program builds a foundation for learning that prepares all of our preschool children to enter kindergarten.
And our Wee Read program, created to promote early literacy, works to empower parents and engage children in literacy-rich activities.
