About this service
The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) offers culturally relevant victim services within all of its Healing and Wellness programs to address, deter and end violence against Métis women and children. These services address the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual impacts of victimization.
The MNO Victim Services Program is being offered in MNO community offices throughout the province. The MNO has two Victim Services Coordinators dedicated to:
- Assisting victims of violence
- Supporting MNO Healing and Wellness community workers withexpertise, support and clarification when helping victims of crime
