About this service
The Anger Management Program utilizes an educational treatment approach to educate individuals in skills needed to manage anger and other emotions associated with the occurrence of aggression and anti-social behaviour. It is based on the cognitive behavioural approach to anger reduction and consists of ten two-hour group sessions. This is a fee for service program.
