About this service
Some children and youth come to us with extremely high needs that are not adequately met by the other programs we offer. In order to support these clients, we will create a specialized program focused around the specific needs of these individuals.
These programs, operated under our foster care license, allow a client to be placed in a home with two staff (one live-in foster parent and one support staff). In order to ensure the most effective treatment model and the safety of both staff and residents, these programs are held in independent homes with no other clients present.
We work closely with placement agencies when a client is referred to us and conduct a thorough review of the clients needs to make sure we are providing the best possible environment where they can reach their potential. This may include installing additional safety measures in the home or arranging for in-home therapeutic treatment.
