About this service
The Serenity N Motion group engages in organizing self-esteem workshops, relaxation sessions, discussion groups and community service activities at various times throughout the year. Meetings take place every week throughout the year. Serenity is focused on empowering women who are marginalized, living on low incomes with relevant resources, information, and tools. The program provides an opportunity to develop healthy social networks, and a safe environment for peer support.
