About this service
Family Saturdays takes place on the third Saturday of each month. This program consists of a variety of activities designed to improve family relationships and families have an opportunity to participate in the activities as a family unit. Appropriate health and community information is also provided. A safe atmosphere helps to establish peer support and networking amongst the participants and is an excellent way to reduce social isolation.
