At Compass Community Health, we commit to this definition and work with clients to develop individual, family and community health and wellness goals.

Compass CH acknowledges that the broad determinants of health have a tremendous impact on our health and wellness. Things like education, housing, food security, equity, gender, environment, accessibility, the sense of being included or excluded from society, employment and others all play a role in how healthy we are. The Health Centre provides care through an interdisciplinary team who offer a wide range of services and programs, with a unified approach to health and wellness.
