About this service
Supported Independent Living Program (SIL)
This program exists to provide supports for adults who have developmental disabilities, so that they may reside independently within their community while at the same time, promoting personal growth and development using a person-centered approach to planning. Supports provided range from a few hours daily to a few hours weekly.
Adult Residential
The Adult Residential Program provides group home living for 45 adults. Individuals are supported with life skills, routine activities, participating in the community, accessing supports and services and achieving personal goals.
Family Home Program
This program matches individuals with a developmental disability with families living in the community. CHOICEs screens approves and supervises these living arrangements. This program can support up to 23 individuals with a developmental disability.
