About this service
The Get Connected program and our Young Parent Navigator provide support for pregnant and parenting young people living in the community who may need assistance making connections to community resources, navigating services systems and learning self-advocacy skills.
Community Education and Awareness workshops about young parent needs can be arranged through St. Martins Manor.
Our skilled staff is available to offer in-service education about the needs of young parents and the supports offered through St. Martins Manor and the Young Parent Network of Hamilton.
Our Young Parents Speakers Bureau can provide awareness to community agencies, groups and schools about their experiences as a young parent.
