About this service
We help support adults with developmental disabilities residing at home with their families or living in the community with little or no support.
Goals of Developmental Services:
- To enable individuals with a developmental disability to participate as full citizens of society.
- To assist in maintaining control over their own lives and promote independence.
- To assist in obtaining their personal goals.
Our Service is:
- Voluntary
- Free and Confidential
- Person Directed/Individualized
We provide assistance with:
- Identification of a persons needs, strengths, resources and goals
- Identification of /and liaison with additional required services
- Individualized Planning
- Service Coordination
- Case Management and Advocacy
- Emotional Support and Guidance
- Monitoring and Follow Up
