About this service
Through Outreach Services, adults living with the effects of a brain injury are offered opportunities for skill training and optimum community access. Whether individuals live on their own, with family, or in supported living environments, staff come to them.
The staffing team has a diverse range of expertise including employment counselling, assisting with community re-entry skills or memory and anger management skills, improving self-esteem, accessing housing options, and accessing government programs and other community programs. Each client works closely with an assigned case facilitator to pursue identified goals.
