About this service

This is a closed combined group with or without your spouse/partner. This group is facilitated by our trained Grief Facilitators who have experienced with adult and young child loss. The Parental Bereavement Support Group provides an opportunity to learn coping strategies, share and gain support from others in a safe environment. With having a closed group, this means once the group has begun, no more participants may join. This allows the group to become familiar with each other, build bonds and have discussions of emerging topics and themes. The program are 8 weeks up to 12 weeks in length. This fluctuates depending on groups.

Please note that all our closed groups require an intake, which can take up to 1/2 hour. If you have any additional questions about our groups or wish to pre-register, please contact us at (905) 318-0070.
