About this service
Teen Leadership Camp @ 541 is an amazing volunteer opportunity for local teens offered by 541 every summer. Participants will be given the opportunity to volunteer for four days and get a feel for what it is like to work in a cafe setting. Every day of TLC will involve training in a variety of activities that are crucial to the day-to-day operations of 541 Eatery & Exchange, such as customer service, dish-washing, kitchen preparation, and general cleaning. All hours will be able to be used towards community service hours required for high school graduation. Every day will run from 9:00 am 4:00 pm and will include a lunch break, during which you will get to enjoy something from our delicious menu on the house as a thank you for your hard work during the day.
