About this organization
HCBA hosts sports and social activities for players with special needs. Participation provides the opportunity to develop and improve endurance, coordination and skills at recreational or competitive levels of involvement.
Good sportsmanship and fair-play is encouraged. Individuals develop a sense of belonging, lasting friendships are built and strengthened and the level of fun and enjoyment of life is enhanced.
Baseball is the main activity and involves junior and senior level teams playing house-league games at Inch Park on Hamilton Mountain. Buddies may assist players, however players are encouraged to participate to the maximum of their ability. Baseball rules are adapted as required so that participation and teamwork are emphasized.
