RESPITE
Cornerstones offers in home and out of home care. Our excellent staff provide one on one support. Our goal is to help our clients to learn important life skills, as well as participate in community outings.
DAY PROGRAMS
Our day program caters to people of all ages! We believe that being an active member of a community is essential for anyone. Which is why we offer various activities that help teach important life skills.
BROKERING/PASSPORT
We offer help in the following financial services: life insurance, RDSP, and Henson Trust Fund. Click here for info about PassportOne
SENIOR CARE
We want to ensure that all of client needs are being met in a way best suited for them, which is why we have dedicated staff who specialize in social, companionship, and personal support care
