Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you are not enough?
Do you want more happiness, calm, and/or connection in your life?
People usually come to me for support when they are struggling with anxiety, BPD, or about support with a loved one who is struggling with mental illness. But what you REALLY walk away with is a toolkit on how to take care of yourself in a world that does not always support this.
ULTIMATELY, the work I do with clients is about helping people become more confident at being themselves because creating the life of your dreams doesnt have to be complicated.
