COVID-19 UPDATE - Due to the current status of the COVID-19 virus, the facility will be closed to the public until further notice. Please call 905-885-7808 for assistance if you have found a stray dog or cat. Do not bring an animal to the facility unless you have called ahead and made arrangements with staff. If you are claiming an animal please call to arrange a pick up time. Thank you for your cooperation and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Municipal Animal Services (MAS)
MAS is located at 2363 Theatre Road South, RR#4 Cobourg and provides Animal Services for the Town of Cobourg, the Municipality of Port Hope, the Township of Hamilton and the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand. MAS ensures that policies, by-law and regulations are in place and adhered to for the protection of the public and the welfare of the dogs and cats in the community. MAS provides impound services, area patrol services, issuing of dog tags and animal adoption services. 905-885-7808
