Non-profit for mental health recreation and education in North Halton.
Mission: The mandate of the Dougan Centre is (1) to support and encourage persons with mental illness and their families in the North Halton Region by providing recreational and educational activities, and by establishing mutual support groups to improve their lives and increase opportunities for social integration, and to educate the public and professionals on the challenges and needs of persons with mental health illness.
