About this service
The SEED offers a variety of programs centred on cooking, nutrition and making connections in the kitchen. FoodFit is a program developed and funded by Community Food Centres Canada that the SEED is delighted to be offering. Participants follow a facilitated weekly program to increase health through 30 minutes of do-able exercise, easy to understand nutrition lessons, and a fun, hands-on cooking lesson. Participants end each session by sharing a delicious meal they have prepared together.
