About this service
The Regional Aftercare Program is a staff-facilitated program in which former clients of Stonehenge, House of Friendship and Homewood Health Centre can attend the Aftercare Program at any of these three agencies, allowing for more options of dates, times, and locations. Clients can contact the respective agency to determine eligibility criteria, dates, and times. Additionally, anyone who has successfully completed residential treatment in Ontario is welcome to join the STC Aftercare Group. They must contact STC to discuss their eligibility.
At Stonehenge, the group meets weekly on Thursday evenings. Former residents must have completed at least three months of the residential program to be eligible. The group allows for the opportunity to test new-found skills and stay connected to the guidance of the program and staff for up to two years.
