About this service
The Falls Rehabilitation program aims to support those who are at high risk of falling because of impaired balance, most often associated with neurological, orthopedic, or arthritic conditions. The healthcare team works with the client to improve his or her functional activity and balance. They will also determine the most appropriate assistive mobility device to meet an individuals needs.
