Would you like to eat healthier? Would you like to learn more about healthy foods for your health condition(s)? Do you have questions about nutrition?
Our Community Registered Dietitians are available to provide individual counselling, presentations/workshops & cooking demonstrations. Dietitians provide clients with strategies to help manage & prevent a wide range of nutrition related concerns such as heart health, food intolerances/allergies, digestive problems, weight management, access to emergency food resources & food preparation skills. Clients of the CHC may be referred by their primary health care provider. For community members who are not clients of the CHC, please call to inquire if you qualify for our services.
