About this service
Chronic pain can have a profound effect on a persons day to day life when it goes unmanaged. It can impact your energy and mood, your activity levels, your relationships, and your overall quality of life. We can help through primary care and additional supports.
You are not alone. Our Chronic Pain Peer Support Program can assist by connecting you with other people experiencing chronic pain, for an exchange of ideas that will help in managing your chronic pain. Family members are also welcome to attend.
The Guelph CHC and the Waterloo Wellington Self Management Program also offer a free, six-week workshop for people who live with chronic pain.
