About this organization

We want to change the culture of private rehabilitative healthcare and the current model of how it is delivered. We offer the approach of multiple practitioners collaborating on treatment plans, collectively, rather than seeing various professionals that dont really connect to formulate a shared treatment plan. At Guelph Rehab Centre we have some of the most experienced therapists in the area and we work as your healthcare team, together. Working along with you, your family physician and/or specialist makes our approach unique and more importantly, successful. Most clinicians work independently and may be providing their best level of care but at Guelph Rehab we know after years of experience that using a collaborative approach will get better results.
