Rumball Terrace

Located at the Four Corners in the South End of Sudbury, 1960 Paris Street, formerly known as Rumball Terrace, is made up of two high-rise apartment buildings and a townhouse complex. 1960 A Paris Street is an eleven storey, 101 unit high-rise building for adults. 1960 B Paris Street is an eleven storey, 162 unit high-rise building for families. Although they have separate municipal addresses, the buildings are joined on the same property. The townhouse complex contains 42 units in seven blocks.

You can apply for community housing if: you are at least 16 years old, you are able to live independently, with or without support services (which you must arrange), all members of the household match one of the following descriptions: canadian citizen, landed immigrant, refugee, refugee claimant, have applied for refugee claimant status or have made an application for status as a permanent resident, no member of the household is currently under a removal order which has become enforceable, no member of the household owes money to any community housing provider in the province of ontario, and no member of the household has been convicted of an offence in relation to rent-geared-to-income assistance or found to have misrepresented their income for the purpose of rent-geared-to-income assistance by a court of law, the ontario rental housing tribunal or the landlord and tenant board.
